I was skeptical to buy this type of protection after being horribly disappointed in Frontline a couple years ago. I live in the country on a heavily wooded lot and my pug and cat were coming in every day with several ticks so I decided to give this a try. I applied this on a Tues evening and on Wed evening they came in without any ticks It's been about 2 weeks and still no ticks so I'm very happy. I feel much better about the pets exploring the woods now. Hopefully this stuff works as long as they say it should. (I used Bayer Advantage II Purple 4-Month Flea Control for Cats 9+ lbs. on my kitty and it also works great) As far as the review about the burns, I had no such experience and my pug has fairly sensitive skin.

I live in the forest in central florida and the bugs are ruthless,the misquito and deer fly protection is a nice addition. my dog thanks you. this is the best i have ever used and i have used them all.i wish they made it for humans,it would be great for early deer season and spring turkey.
