This stuff is the real deal. Our family owns three large dogs (between 60-85lbs) and were plagued by fleas over the summer. Each pet was on a combination of both Frontline and Sentinel which still did not prevent the dogs from being infested. Simply parting their fur revealed the little buggers crawling all over them. We tried flea dips (Natural Chemistry brand), combing daily with flea combs, spreading Diatomaceous Earth over the lawn and powdering the pets, and just about every other trick we could think of to no avail. Then came the miracle called Capstar. Within the hour, the fleas were convulsing and dying and within several hours, not a single fleas was alive on them. Although Capstar won't kill the eggs, this was the ONLY treatment that seemed to work. Good luck to you all!

i use this from time to time because where we live the fleas are terrible year round. it knocks them out in a few hours and gives other treatments time to kick in.
